D.O.C., Organization Incorporated, also known as Doctors On Call, is the first independent international surgical outreach organization to focus on surgical outreach exclusively to Caribbean.
D.O.C. supports four areas of development in specialty and sub-specialty surgery: Ear Nose Throat (ENT), which includes Head & Neck & Craniofacial Surgery, Plastic & Reconstructive, General, Vascular Surgery and Urology.

The organization operates independently of all government, institutions, political, economic or religious influences. It depends on volunteer health professionals in fulfilling its mission.
Largely supported by private donors, the organization is able to maintain great flexibility and total independence in its choice of operations.
D.O.C. was established in 2000 by a team of four physicians and a journalist determined to provide aid to the Caribbean by providing service, training, and education in general and reconstructive surgery. It guiding principles are laid down in a charter to which all members of the organization subscribe.

In accordance with universal medical ethics and the right to humanitarian assistance, D.O.C. observes strict impartiality and demands full and unhindered freedom in performing its functions.
D.O.C. has a wide range of expertise and proven techniques and surgical strategies. The organization is able to effectively pool the logistics and human resources necessary to provide efficient aid.
D.O.C. is an international organization, based in New York, U.S.A. It sends volunteers to 15 countries in the Caribbean.
