We understand that success in our drive for essential surgical care will not be possible alone and so we will lead and work cooperatively with viable responsive networks and partnerships.

To achieve our goals, we will work collaboratively with others in both the public and private sectors through innovative and mutually beneficial relationships.

Where it makes sense, we lead these new partnerships and networks such as Project 2005, a D.O.C. campaign to raise one million dollars by 2005 which will go towards funding programs that will enhance surgical care in the Caribbean. We will work to develop the enablers these networks will need to succeed. We will also participate in initiatives created by other organizations.

As these partnerships and networks develop, we will join with our partners to advocate for changes to public policy in the areas of training and development.
