Dr.
Palmer graduated form the University of the West Indies and completed
his residency in ENT at the Greater Glasgow Higher Surgical Training
Scheme, Milwaukee Wisconsin and a Fellowship in Facial Plastic Surgery
in Fort Worth Texas.
Dr. Palmer has
been practicing ENT, Head, Neck, and Reconstructive Facial Surgery
for the past three years in the State of New York. His professional
interest includes Head, Neck, Cancer Surgery, and Facial Reconstruction
Surgery.
Dr. Palmer is Co-Founder and Vice President of Doctors On Call.Dr.
Palmer lives in New York City.
