Dr. Clarke is a native of Montserrat, West Indies and was raised in England. She received her medical training at SUNY Downstate Medical School and went on to do her residency in Anesthesia at St. Vincents Medical Center in New York City. She completed a Fellowship in Obstetrical Anesthesia at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center and is working as an Assistant Attending in Anesthesiology at Harlem Hospital Center where she participates in all phases of Anesthesia.

She is currently living in Rockland County.
