Dr. Tulloch graduated from the University of the West Indies Medical School. He completed his fellowship in surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. He later completed a clinical fellowship in Urology at the Western General Hospital in Edinburgh.
Dr. Tulloch has published papers on the Epidemiology of Prostate Cancer in Jamaica, and Clinicopathological Features of Prostatic Carcinoma in Jamaican Men.
Dr. Tulloch joined the Doctors On Call surgical outreach team in 2002. He lives in Jamaica with his wife and two children.
